As Big Time Radio<\/strong> operates as a hobby business and not a full-time operation, shipping times may vary<\/strong>. While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, we make no guarantees regarding delivery dates<\/strong>, especially for made-to-order products. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to process your order as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds for Unshipped or Undelivered Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If an item has not been shipped or received after 6 months<\/strong> from the date of purchase, you may request a refund<\/strong>. Please contact us at our helpdesk<\/a>, and we will review your case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wrong Address \/ Unable to Deliver Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are not responsible <\/strong>for undeliverable items do to a wrong or incorrect address.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns for Damaged Goods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you receive a damaged product, returns for damaged goods are accepted<\/strong>; however, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please reach out to us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been assembled (for made-to-order-items) or shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
