Shipping Times
As Big Time Radio operates as a hobby business and not a full-time operation, shipping times may vary. While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, we make no guarantees regarding delivery dates, especially for made-to-order products. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to process your order as quickly as possible.
Refunds for Unshipped or Undelivered Items
If an item has not been shipped or received after 6 months from the date of purchase, you may request a refund. Please contact us at our helpdesk, and we will review your case.
Wrong Address / Unable to Deliver Items
We are not responsible for undeliverable items do to a wrong or incorrect address.
Returns for Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged product, returns for damaged goods are accepted; however, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please reach out to us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. It is at the sole discretion of Big Time Radio whether a refund request will be approved or denied. We reserve the right to assess the situation and determine if the request meets our refund criteria.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been assembled (for made-to-order-items) or shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

- All returns must be authorized before they are sent back. Please contact us to receive instructions and authorization.
- Products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
- Any shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges are non-refundable.
